Reflection:I made my intro slide interesting by adding bevels to the pictures so they looked 3-D. I think my publisher brochure turned out good because it had a nice color scheme and the layout was okay. My experience in PowerPoint went well and it was all pretty easy. The animation went well but some was harder to make it all match and look good, some animation was also harder than other parts of it. The audio wasn’t that good because I didn’t think it turned out so good. The layout and design was easy as well but for some pictures and things it took awhile to make it all line up and match. The most difficult part of the project for me was probably making the book because I had to get the words to appear at the right time and it took awhile to figure out how to make it all look good and cut the book out in Photoshop. Some things I think I did well would be the introduction slide and the slides on the cars because they all kind of flowed together and I think they looked nice. Some things that didn’t turn out quite how I hoped were the slide where I chose what car I would pick. I kind of wanted the curtains to have a more dramatic effect but it was okay. Some things I would’ve done differently would have been how the brochure looked because it was okay but I probably could’ve made it look and flow together a little better. My time management was okay but not too good. I was behind so I took it home so that was good but some days I could’ve gotten more work done than I did. One thing I could’ve done to improve my time would’ve been to stay focused and more on task. I think the theme and goal of the projects came through because I think it was kind of convincing, but not really pushy or anything like that.
Your slideshow was really good. I really liked the animation and the audio really added to it. I really liked how you just read everything on the slide. I really liked this because then lazy people like me don’t have to read it, you can just sit back, relax and watch your awesome slideshow. I enjoyed watching your slideshow very much. But there was one thing I think you could have worked on and I think that was the colors. I think you could have added more colors to make it more interesting and to make some things pop. Overall I really liked your PowerPoint and you did a great job.
Chelsea: Chelsea I really like your power point project. What I like about you power point was that you had good information shown on slides 5, 7, 9, and 11. You where loud and clear on your audio which was nice so I could hear you. The third thing that I liked was that you had good colors on each one of your slides they really went with your slides. I thought that your idea got across that you want a car and you are ready to drive because you are 16. You where loud and clear like I said before but you did talk really fast. Some things that you can approve on is not talking so fast.
Chelsea- I liked your power point presentation. Here’s why. I thought that you had good info on slides 5 through 11. I thought that your color scheme was good, through out your power point presentation. I liked your credits slide, it was very entertaining but not to distracting. I defiantly do think that the point got across to her audience. The audio had a good volume, but you talked really fast so it sometimes was hard to hear. One thing I think you could improve on is you’re talking, making it not so fast. Overall I think that it was a good presentation.
Three things I liked about your presentation where the table of contents, the tables on slides 7, 8, 9 and 10, and the custom animation. The custom animation on your credits slide was pretty cool because you had a lot of things coming and going and the guy in the car “talking” at the end. Although you had a very good PowerPoint it didn’t seem like you where trying to convince your parents you where ready for a car. Your audio was very loud but at some parts it was hard to hear what you where saying. The most important thing you could’ve done to improve your project would’ve been to add more information and pictures on the car slides. Good job on your PowerPoint!
