Hello, I am Nels Anderson, and I am posting my reflection on my New Car Web Quest PowerPoint. I liked the color change I put into my first slide’s title; how it went from blue to red over the two different car’s colors. In my brochure, I liked how I used blue and gray, because I like those two colors and they look good together, in my opinion. I also liked how I showed all of the different colors the motorcycle could look like. In PowerPoint, I liked all my color schemes that change based on the colors in the photos that are in the slide. I also liked how well I used the animation options, especially with the slide where the “Cars” title fell off the rope it was being held by, it took about 10 tried before it worked the way I wanted it to. I didn’t really like doing the voice part of this project, even though I voted for it. I kept caring about how my voice sounded, but then I just said, “I don’t care anymore,” and put at least something in. I didn’t really have any specific layout or design scheme to follow, so I just didn’t think about that too much. The most difficult part of this project, I’d have to say, was the voice. Again, as I said, “I kept caring about how my voice sounded, but then I just said, ‘I don’t care anymore,’ and put at least something in.” My overall reflection of this project is that I would not really want to do this again anytime soon, but I did do pretty well on this, so if this was extra credit, I might do it again. I did pretty well on custom animation and color scheme, but I did not do so well on the voice section, in my opinion. I could have improved on the voice by being a little more serious and informative. I did not really manage my time really well, since it took me about 5 days just to do voice. To improve that, I could have done my voice in a faster time and to not be so picky about it. To wrap this all up, I think I didn’t really show that I was trying to convince my parents I was ready to buy my own car. It just sounded like I was talking to someone other than my parents to me.

Three things that you did well on your power point are animation, color scheme, and layout. You especially did really good on the title slide and the car slides. There were lots of pictures and animations which made your presentation cool. Two things I think you should have done is said more and added more persuasion to convince your parents to buy the car you want. And talk louder too. But other than those things, you did a really awesome job on your power point.

I thought that you did great on your PowerPoint. The three things that you did good on are your voice, color scheme, and animation. You did excellent on your voice it was really funny. The color scheme worked all together well. The custom animation that you did was very good; you used cool sounds to match the animations. I think that you made it possible for your parents to get the car that you wanted. The audio was one of my favorite parts it was exciting. One thing that you could have improved on is making that the time longer for us to read it. But you did great!

I think you did fantastic. Your narration was great, and really funny. The animation was great and the timing for it was right on time. I liked how the music was playing the entire time, just loud enough to hear but not to loud that the viewer couldn’t hear what you were saying. The one thing that I think you could have improved on would be to talk a little more during the slides but other that that you did great. Again, I think you did a wonderful and job and you could totally convince your parents to let you get the car you want.

Your power point was just great. Almost every little thing was perfect. The animations were super great. It was cool when the world cars fell and crashed. Also the animation times were exact. Plus your colors were the same color of the car in each slide and that was great. There is one thing you could have worked on though. When you were talking sometimes you could not hear your last word in that slide. But not including that your power point of the four cars were great. By the way I would have chosen that car to, good choice.
